What happened to the points and vouchers stored in my Clubcard account?

If you accumulated them with a Clubcard registered under someone else’s name, only the rightful owner will have access to these points and vouchers from now on. If the Clubcard registered in your account was used, your collected points and vouchers will remain in your account.
