  • What are instant digital vouchers?
    Instant digital vouchers have been available since 16 May 2022. You can convert your accumulated Clubcard points into vouchers instantly, without having to wait until the end of the points collection period. If you have at least 400 points, you can exchange them for instant digital vouchers. The points used for the exchange will be deducted from your account.
  • Where can I access instant digital vouchers?
    Instant digital vouchers are only available via the Clubcard mobile app.
  • What are the benefits of instant digital vouchers?
    With instant digital vouchers, you can access your rewards sooner without waiting for the points collection period to end.
  • Why were my communication preferences switched to digital after I started using instant digital vouchers?
    Since instant digital vouchers are only available via the Clubcard mobile app, we believe you prefer faster, more eco-friendly digital communication. We also prioritise environmental protection, which is why we aim to use less paper.
  • Can I switch back to paper communication if I’m not satisfied with digital?
    Yes, you can switch back to paper communication anytime. You can modify your communication preferences in the Clubcard mobile app or in your online account.
