If you scanned your card during payment but didn’t receive points, please visit our store’s customer service desk with your receipt within 1 day of your purchase, and our team will investigate your complaint. If you did not scan your card during payment, unfortunately, we cannot credit the points retrospectively, and complaints about this cannot be addressed.
