You can apply Clubcard coupons and vouchers available in your Clubcard app while shopping online. Sign in with the same email you use in your Clubcard app. Don’t have a Clubcard linked to your account yet? Link your registered Clubcard to your online account or ask for a new one. Now create a new order. You can enter a voucher or coupon during the checkout.
How to use Clubcard vouchers and coupons online?
Clubcard coupons available for your online shopping will be visible on the order summary page, before the checkout process. You can apply any of your coupons that meet required conditions e.g. validity, threshold, product in basket and so on. Coupons that don’t meet required conditions will also be listed below, but you won’t be able to redeem those, unless conditions are met. Clubcard vouchers can also be redeemed in your online shopping basket. Type the alphanumeric code visible in your Clubcard app or press ‘Apply’ if visible in your wallet. If you’re shopping via our Online Shopping mobile app, you can copy the alphanumeric code from the Clubcard app and insert it into your online shopping app’s Coupon and vouchers field during checkout. Your discount deducted from the total amount will be visible in your side basket straight away. Once you apply a coupon to your online order, its status will switch to “Applied”. The coupons and vouchers will disappear from the Clubcard app shortly after.
What if I change my mind and want to remove the applied coupon or voucher before completing the order?
If you remove an applied coupon or money voucher before completing the order, you get to keep it. Its status will change back to “unredeemed” in the Clubcard app as well as in your list of Coupons and vouchers on the order summary page. But if you don’t complete the order and leave an applied coupon or voucher there, its status will stay as redeemed in the Clubcard app. You won’t be able to use this coupon or voucher again in the future. You can still get your coupon back if you call our Customer Centre on +36 80 222 333 and ask them for help. You will get the value of your coupon back as an e-coupon in your online Tesco account. The money vouchers will be changed back to points in your Clubcard app.
You can cancel confirmed order in your Tesco profile. Log in and click on ‘My Orders’. You can also use your Tesco Online Shopping app to cancel an order. Third option is to call us on +36 80 222 333. We are here for you every day from 8 am to 11 pm.
If you cancel your order by one of the mentioned ways within given time, your applied coupon or voucher will change back to “unredeemed” in the Clubcard app. You get to keep it and use it next time while shopping online.
Can I use the same voucher or coupon online and offline at the same time?
No, you can’t. if you use your voucher or coupon online, it is not possible to use it again at ours stores. You can usually use a coupon or voucher only once.
